Terms and Conditions

1. By completing the form above you agree to allow Etzacorp to design and host your web site.

2. You agree to pay a once-off amount of R1 320 for the design, hosting and domain registration of the web site.

3. You agree to host your site with Etzacorp for 12 months. The R1320 is non-refundable.

4. After the first year, you agree to notify Etzacorp 1 month in advance should you wish to cancel this agreement. You also agree that the hosting and domain renewal fees are paid in advance. This mean that you will pay for January's hosting on 1 January.

5. You are entitled to one free change a month. More than one free minor change will be provided at the discretion of Etzacorp. Etzacorp reserves the right to decide what constitutes a minor change and what constitutes a major change. Major changes (or additional minor upgrades) can be negotiated with Etzacorp.

6. You agree not to deliberately delay acceptance of the web site without good reason.

7. You agree and accept that Etzacorp is not responsible for the marketing and promotion of your web site or your products. You also agree that Etzacorp can not and will not accept any responsibility for any information provided on your web site, correct or incorrect, intentional or by mistake, and you indemnify Etzacorp against any legal action taken against your organisation including, but not limited to, legal claims against your organisation due to information provided on your web site.

8. You agree that Etzacorp has the right to refuse any content or any web site at any stage of the development, for whatever reason. Fees paid to Etzacorp are not refundable.
